A H. Farouki, Founder & CEO is a prominent international business leader, well-respected for his accomplishments in a wide variety of business, educational and cultural endeavors. Mr. Farouki holds a BSC and MSC degree in Engineering has worked on and executed large-scale international and cross-border projects, allowing him to develop a unique combination of key business, political, diplomatic and leadership skills.

Graham Drenkard, CFO holds a BA degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He operated as a financial manager for several service, retail, and manufacturing organizations.  He also worked as a chief financial officer for several international organizations.

Dr. Akram Fazel has more than 40 years international experience in major FMCG corporations across Europe, Asia and US. He has held multiple executive positions in the dairy, cosmetics and farming industries. Educated in the US with a PhD in microbial genetics, Mr. Fazel’s principal domains of interest are agribusiness, innovations, quality assurance and marketing . He has been an active contributor to higher education and has been author to multiple publications in scientific journals.

S. B. Hakemy has been in business in the USA for the past 40 years. He owns and manages a diverse portfolio of businesses, that includes; land, banking, real estate acquisition and holdings, commercial real estate properties’ development and management, national and international.

Rob Stewart, has more than 30 years of technology, technical training, and IT operations experience. Expertise with implementing complex systems and effective training programs in challenging environments. Managed successful technical projects throughout the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

Advisors

Tarek Farouki is a Co-Founding Partner of AFI Partners in NY, a private equity firm, with more than 20 years of experience operating, advising and investing in US and European and Middle East businesses. Served on the board of directors of 12 companies. Was at Perry Capital where he co-managed the private equity strategy for the firm. Mr. Farouki advised clients securing financing from the International Finance Corporation, the private investment arm of the World Bank. Also worked as an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mr. Farouki earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School.

Ahmad Tabari has a B.S in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. A law degree from Harvard Law School in 1990. He started his career as an associate in 1990 in the Wall Street law-firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton. Joined Citicorp Securities in 1992, as an asset backed securities, as a banker, and eventually focused on introducing the product into emerging markets. Subsequently he joined ABN-AMRO bank in 1997 as a Director to head up the emerging markets securitization program in London. He left the banking industry to return to the UAE in 2003 and joined IDS. He modernized their IT infrastructure. IDS has grown its turnover by 10 times. In 2021 he ran IDS‘s latest venture to establish Pharmax, a state of the art oral solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in the Dubai Biotechnology and research Park (Dubiotech).
